The State of Minnesota Construction Codes and Licensing Division's MN State Building Code Jurisdiction Directory lists Waseca County, MN as not having adopted MN State Building Codes. See here for more information.
In an email sent to a PLRB staff member on November 25, 2019, Mark Leiferman, Waseca County, MN Planning and Zoning Administrator confirmed Waseca County has not adopted and does not enforce MN State Building Codes.
